Review content:
I called to discuss an active termite contract after I purchased my home. I asked what would need to be done to renew and add general pest control. The receptionist was very cold and simply asked ""what do you want to do"". I didn't know, and was hoping to be offered various products. I was not. Lucky for me a day or two later another company stopped by my house and proved to be professional and reliable. Traits this company is lacking. I recommend any other company.
Pros: treatment specialists are polite and thourough
Cons: customer service does not exist
