Review content:
This vet does not even deserve one star because on March 30, 2012, our beloved pet and family member passed away due to Dr. Negrin misdiagnosing our dog with a ""hurt back."" He was given 2 steroid injections for ""back pain"" that he never needed. She never ran any blood tests or checked his urine. She kept insisting it was just back pain. Our dog lost over 10 pounds since his annual check up with Dr. Negrin in January 2012. She did not see this as a red flag and she simply told us it was because of his back pain. We also told her he was drinking a lot more water than he usually does and, again... you guessed... she told us it was because of the back pain. Finally, we requested that she run a blood test. She said she'd have the results in the next morning. After not hearing anything from her by 11:30 a.m. the next morning, we decided to take him somewhere else. The new veterinarian called Dr. Negrin's office to get our dog's blood results faxed over to them ASAP. To our SHOCK and absolute HORROR, Dr. Negrin NEVER sent the blood vials out to be tested. They were just sitting in her office the entire time. Our dog was sick for months with untreated diabetes which eventually led to his death. By the time we took him somewhere else, it was just too late and his organs were shutting down. We put our blind trust and faith in Dr. Negrin hoping that she knew what was best for our dog and we are left devastated over this. We hope you find this review more than helpful in deciding to take your pet elsewhere.
