I recently had Precision replace my antiquated furnace with an updated version. Byron S., whom I had worked with before, did the original quote, carefully explaining all the numerous options, and a few days later installed the new unit. He did a super job despite the rather cramped conditions in my townhouse's utility closet. When he finished the installation, he explained how the heater and humidifier worked and made sure that all my questions were answered. The new system works great, just in time for snow season. The new heater/humidifier was pricey, but worth it. Byron approached the job with confidence and humor, and he had to use a fair amount of ingenuity to shoehorn the new system into the utility closet, especially since I recently had Precision also replace my water heater, and the new one took up more real estate than the original one. All in all: great job!
