While the little bald guy is referred to as rude, his antics can provide for some comic relief depending on your mood. Pat is very helpful and professional, but their instructor, Bill Martin is an outright lunatic! Bill claims to teach everything according to NRA guidelines, but that is a far cry from the facts. Some of his instructions are inherently dangerous and he will not allow for any dialogue, but instead answering with a very arrogant non sequitur response. Bill is not knowledgeable at all and only possesses a rote level of understanding. It is nothing less than a miracle that no accident has occurred there yet. One quick sample of his arrogance: the NRA strictly prohibits live ammo in the classroom under any circumstance and for anyone with absolutely no exception. Bill parades into the classroom with a loaded pistol on his hip and keeps it on for the duration of the class period. However, he will make certain that YOUR gun and ammo is either in your vehicle or locked up under HIS control because it is the NRA's rules.
