Businiess name:  Purple Finch Cafe
Review by:  Samantha L.
Review content:
I am a vegetarian; still cook meat for my family, just not something I choose to eat. Today I had lunch at Purple Finch in Bedford, NH and had a TERRIBLE experience I wanted to share. I ordered a $10 vegetarian sandwich and halfway through realized it was covered with turkey on the bottom slice of bread, I figure it was prepared on the same counter as a turkey sandwich. Now I understand things happen and was not necessarily upset about the meat covered bread, but I was upset about the way I was treated being told it was "oats" and not turkey. There was four of us there and it was clearly meat. Not that I wanted free food, but I was not able to eat, nor enjoy my lunch after that and expected at least a word for the manager who I was told was "too busy". So I paid $10 for a sandwich, which the waitress refused to take off the bill because she would "have to get someone from the back to remove it and they are too busy", to be thrown away, treated rude and handed the bill personally while the rest of my party was half way through their meals. Very disappointed and will never go there again.
