Ruined our carpets in Sarasota by leaving cleaning solution in them, and not extracting it. Carpets stayed wet for 5 days, had to call in another company to clean up their mess!! Tried to con us into paying an extra $450 dollars on top of the $109 that they quoted. Will not return calls reported to BBB and reffered to our attorney!
