Review content:
The first time I went to NOK Auto Repairs was for a general tune-up. They fixed a lot of things for me and it went pretty well. They also alerted me that my transmission was going bad. I drove it for a little while and then took it in to them to get fixed.
After they fixed it the transmission broke again and I had to take it back. However, their customer service has always been good. I am still having a couple of minor issues, but I'm confident that when I address them they will be fine looking at it. I do feel like I've been having to go back a couple of times.
However, they are really helpful. They always explain what is going on as give all the information up-front. I have never been blindsided by pricing. They really give quality customer service.
