I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I have travelled to Francisco's from Orange, Newport Beach and even when I lived in Phoenix because I don't trust anyone else. My Toyota Prius recently had several dashboard warning lights appear. 3 to be exact. A check engine light, a bright exclamation point in a red traingle and the worst of all, a hybrid system failure light. I've had 2 Prius's so I know Francisco's has Tech's that are specially hybrid vehicle trained. After diagnosing the problem Francisco informed me that he was taking my car to the dealership for warranty repair. I am so glad I had Francisco as my advocate. With his contacts and extensive knowledge I saved over $2500!!!!!! Francisco even gave me a free loaner. I'll never go anywhere else.
