WT Standard quoted us a price over the phone and we agreed to let them fix our car even though we had another place 45 minutes away $80 cheaper . We live near this WT Standard so we decided to let them fix it due to convenience. When we picked up our car they charged us $83 more and the price that was quoted to us by the General Manager of this store . This came to a total of $155 more than another service shop only 45 minutes away. The GM was unwilling to work with us and told us he had misquoted us on the phone and pretty much too bad. I will never take a vehicle in our family here again convient or not its not worth $155 than what they originally quoted.
