I have been taking my cars to On Track Automotive for at least 15 years and I have gotten my whole family going there as well.
I trust their abilities and diagnostics, and I have been to other shops and dealers and they do not compare. I travel quite a ways (about 50 minutes) to use On Track Auto because I trust they will tell me what is going on with my car.
When you call them up and say your name, they remember you, your car, and your situation.
