BUYER BEWARE!!! My mother hired Smith Montgomery and Associates. They were very difficult to work with, two years after her bankruptcy is settled her home still shows in her name, she is still getting bills from the mortgage company for it. When contacting Niki Greeson to inquire about this, she was informed that if she wanted any questions about her bankruptcy answered she would have to be billed again. WOW! she was already charged for filing chapter 13, then after that was paid they switched her to a chapter 7 and charged a very high fee for switching. This firm has been a total nightmare and are very unwilling to help with questions. Please go somewhere else.
