I have been a customer of Four Seasons for several years now. I have used them for maintenance and for the purchase of new equipment in our rental homes. Their pricing is fair and upfront. On the most recent service call, the A/C unit in our home had quit blowing cold air. The technician who came out--Robert Davis--was friendly and professional. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and why. I'm sure I drove him crazy with questions. He went above and beyond the service I expected. Our A/C is blowing nice and cold again.
