Easy going and well mannered. I've lived in Middle Tennessee most of my life, and do a lotta business in the Franklin area.Never knew about Ted's until I had my pickup truck throw belt while driving into town. I was able to make it to a nearby service station, and saw the sign for Ted's. Thought ""Well how about that!"". Coasted my truckdown the hill toTed's and after looking under the hood with me for a couple of minutes, Ted told me I was gonna need a new belt and pulley. An hour later they had me on the road again, and for a decent price too! Next time I need a repair, I'll be using these guys.
