Absolutely the worst moving experience ever! We reserved a truck online, showed up on time and were told, ""it's not really a reservation"" What the heck?? Seriously?? Another woman was there and explained her story. She was moving to New York, had reserved the truck for the previous day, and he pulled the same crap on her the previous day (Oct 27, 2012). She had to stay overnight in a hotel and change her flight plans, incurring additional fees, etc. He was verbally abusive to everybody, very condescending with every word! He said that we shouldn't be moving on a weekend, and should have expected problems. We made the reservation to avoid problems! He insisted that we call the customer service line to find another truck, we insisted he make the call... it's his mistake, his company, and his problem. He is horrible to try to work with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!!! If you do try to rent a truck here, please be advised that you have been warned... and keep phone numbers of alternates handy because you'll probably need them. Good luck!
