Do NOT waste your time here. Got stuck in the store for 3 solid hours for an alignment. At first they did a half assed job at aligning, and when I asked them to show me the print out they suddenly had to ""take the car back"" to do it again. Once I got out of the store after the second try, I discovered they were trying to align the car to the wrong specs and on top of that, tried to tell me I needed a $450 camber kit to fix it. All the while, Tim snuck in a 3 year service deal that I did not ask for and charged me over 3 times what is normal for a standard alignment. I contacted NTB corporate to ask for assistance in getting some of my money back and didn't even get a response. Don't let them have your money, they don't deserve it.
