Review content:
I have a home office, which is difficult to decorate because it is in a loft. I tend to have traditional tastes, and I wasn't sure I'd find anything I liked. I wanted something to split up my office from the rest of the loft and I didn't want to use panels or bookshelves. I spoke to another company, a well-known company, and they were really impersonal and extremely limited with their offerings, so I broke away from them.
When I started talking to Jeff, from Brown Design, he immediately came across as very nice, personal and customer-oriented. I really didn't know much about him before that. He was easy to talk to and gave me various options and offered suggestions. Even when I called him wanting to change material, he came out a second time without any trouble, and gave me more options instead of telling me we were stuck with one. Things went smoothly once we settled on what we wanted.
I ended up with long, sheer drapes with mini pleats. They look so beautiful and elegant, and it doesn't feel dark or closed off to the rest of the world. I used Jeff a second time to cover my twenty-seven foot windows. It was very hard for me to sleep in the mornings with so much light coming in, so I had Jeff come in and measure for darkening curtains, which are amazing!
I work for a luxury hotel and I never felt like Jeff was haggling me for every dime, at first he didn't even know who I worked for. I felt like his pricing was reasonable and competitive. I am completely thrilled with the outcome. I had a great experience throughout the process. I would highly, highly recommend Jeff to anybody. He helped to turn my loft into a classic and elegant home.
