I started using The Stereo Shop mainly because they were conveniently located close to me and I knew that the component that I was looking for was not available at the big-box stores. The Stereo Shop was competitively priced and their service was incredible.
They installed a radio and GPS in my car. When I had some issues with the radio, they took care of those issues even after the warranty was up, at no charge. I would recommend them because they are very courteous, personable and, beyond that, their service is the best in the business.
