I called Steve on Sunday afternoon about a sink replacement, and he promised to show up on Monday morning between 8:30 and 9:00. He arrived at 8:31 and started working right away. The quality of the work was wonderful; everything was done in the most professional way and the work space was thoroughly cleaned up before he left. In the evening we called back about a minor leak and he came back immediately (at 9:00 pm) to do some minor adjustment. Steve's work ethic and professionalism is absolutely exemplary. And no, I am not in the marketing department, I'm just a regular Joe who doesn't like to call contractors because I got ripped off one time too many. ""My Personal Plumber"" is simply local business at its best. The price of labor was very competitive and Steve went out of his way to get just the parts we needed to make the sink functional.
