Review content:
Incredible! Looking for eyeglasses or sun glasses......This is the place to shop. A friend brought me up to Newburyport to shop at Market Square Optical. I met the owner Tom and he was quite knowledgeable and friendly. I noticed a pair of sunglasses that I just purchased from Lens Crafter that he had on display. I asked him how much for the glasses. He said the price and I then said how much with prescription lenses and he said the price he said was including prescription lenses. I told him that the price he said was what I just payed for the frames alone with my discount coupon and than had to pay extra for my lenses. I asked Tom how could he be selling the frames and lenses for the same cost as what Lens Crafters was charging for the frames alone with a coupon. He said that's easy. He doesn;t have the overhead as the Chain stores do and he passes the savings on to his customers.
Pros: Selection, styles, friendly, value.
