Review content:
I have lived here over 5 years and in the last six months the property owners have changed, and everyone in the office and maintenance staff have been replaced. SInce then everyone has been moving out, whether they cant pay their rent or just tired of all the changes. I have not seen security since then. I have seen police here on several occasions with a road blocked off so they can investigate, with evidence markers all over the ground, I assume from shell casings. You need an armored truck to get through the property just to check the mail. My neighbors a/c broke over a month ago and it has yet to be fixed. I have complained numerous times to the office to fix it so it doesnt wake me up at 2 in the morning banging away. I went to the office to give my two month notice well in advance and the girl started arguing with me saying this place is great. I knew I shouldnt have signed a new lease when property management was changing, but I did anyway. I feel my family is not safe here, so we are gone baby.
