Review content:
The tech from this company was very helpful and professional. We have an old house with a very old front the door. Shortly after moving in we realized that the front door key didn't work very well. It's an old mortise lock. We thought we would have to replace the whole thing. Turns out some of the pins were broken. The tech quickly fixed the mechanism and cut a handful of keys for us. He has a machine in his truck to cut keys on site. The lock works perfectly now. I can't believe how smoothly the key works. If I had known how easy it was to fix this kind of problem, I wouldn't have struggled with so many door locks in the past! The guy was very friendly and great with our two little ones. He showed them what he was doing and gave them each a "special" key.
