I had some concerns about making a purchase from Mathis Brothers based solely on the reviews posted, but my experience has definately confirmed that you should always take everything with a grain of salt; there are always 2 sides to every story! My experience was wonderful every step of the way, which is what prompted me to write this. I have made many furniture purchases over the years, and I don't think I have had any go quite this smoothely, thanks to the great staff at Mathis. From the first phone call with our sales person, to the calls through customer service to the communication and eventual delivery experience, everything was GREAT!!! Thank you, I will be a repeat customer, I promise you that!
