I recently purchased home office furniture -- a complete set with computer credenza/hutch, lateral file cabinet and also a bookcase. I was told by the salesman that MB had everything in stock, but that there was only one bookcase, so I secured my purchases and set up a delivery time. When the deliverymen came, they had everything but the bookcase -- it wasn't even listed on their order sheet. So, I call up MB and am told that they do not have this item -- not in any store (even though someone in OKC customer service told the lead deliveryman that Tulsa had some, and I know this because he nodded his head and said, ""They just told me there are four in Tulsa."") -- and that it has been discontinued, which is false because I checked with other area stores about this and they said the collection, including the bookcase, is not being discontinued.
