Review content:
A few years back I bought a sectional sofa at Mathis Brothers. I had to have it recovered because they didn't carry the color I wanted. The sales lady helped me pick out the fabric. She was very helpful and said that the fabric was very durable and cleanable. When it was delivered, it was already ripping at the seams and there was a big rip in the back. I called to have them come and pick it up so I could choose another fabric. Finally, I had to settle on leather. It cost almost $5000 after it was all over. We had the sofa for about a month or so when the recliners on both ends of the couch started coming loose from the piece it was connected to. When I went back to the store to explain the problem (I had insured the sofa) they were very rude and told me that there was nothing they could do. When I finally got just as rude back and told them that I wanted to talk to one of the owners, they did give me the cost of the leather back (well, a store credit as if I wanted to deal with them again) but I never did get the cost of the couch back. So I lost almost $3000 in the deal.
