We recently purchased a king sized bed from Mathis Brothers and when they arrived to deliver it we were told that they did not have hardware for it so we would have to wait until someone come the next day to put it together. Then later that same day, we received a phone call from someone with Mathis Brothers confirming what we needed on our order, after confirming they told us that someone would call us the next day and come back out to put it together. The next day came and finally later in the afternoon we called to find out that we were not on the delivery list and we would have to reschedule. The warehouse manager was not helpful and very aloof to our problem. Later he called us back to tell us that they had no hardware in stock and would have to order it from the manufacturer. Two days later we called to find out status and found out that they had closed our order out saying we swapped it for a like item - so after explaining everything that had happened up to that point - found out that the order was not put in for it and they could not guarantee that we would ever get hardware. We still have a bed in pieces in our bedroom trying to work with Mathis Brothers on the issue and can not get help from anyone there. They do not call us and we are left to try and find out what is going on by repeatidly calling back and talking to numerous people. We have been very dissatisfied and will shop in the future at neighboring competitors.
Pros: Large assortment of furniture
Cons: Bad customer service, people do not have a clue as to their stock, hard to work with
