I saw an ad for Mr. Sparky, San Antonio, and I liked the idea that they had the trucks fully equipped, that they are in uniform and dressed nicely. I was very pleased with the service. I have had them out now more than once.
George especially is great. He is like a friend because he is so helpful and nice. Sometimes it can be intimidating to have someone in your home, but he explained everything so that I understood what they were doing.
Recently we had to contact public services because of a lighting issue, and George really helped with that situation. We have some dimming and flickers with our lights, and George came out to look. Because we just had our house leveled, and because of the problem, George told us that public services needed to handle it. He told us how to contact them and what to have them check. He even let us know that we could contact him if we had any questions. He gave really great service.
