The store over all is nice, very clean and staffed well. The Customer Service is Great. The problem is Not the store, its the overpriced items. You can get the same kind of phones with the same plans way cheaper if you go through an indirect dealer (for ex: Frys, Best Buy, Wal Mart, etc..) Even the ATT website offers cheaper phones. The only difference is you order them online and wait a few days for it to arrive. I got an ATT Aria about half a year ago from here. i liked the phone, but it cost me $200 out the door. (that was the new 2 year upgrade price). A few days later I saw the SAME phone at frys for only $79.00 Out The Door, No rebate. I did some more research and saw the same phone on Wal Mart com for free- just pay tax. So I obviously returned the one from the ATT store and ordered it from wal mart. received it in a few days and only payed 40 bucks for Tax! Now thats a deal!!!
