Review content:
What an unbelievable combination of high-pressure salesmanship, insulting and rude behavior, and incomplete/failed parts and service is this company. Sold at high dollar a supposedly brand-new unit in May, 2011; it has broken down so many times in that year and two months, we've lost track. Expensive hotel bills, cases of heat stroke, and over six weeks of ""service"" calls later, including three hours of work today (and 10-15 hours in multiple visits over the last week) and our one-year-old unit is still dead. Temp is climbing inside and yet another hotel bill for tonight (a 105-degree heat-index day) is in the offing. If you value your sanity (and your wallet), give this train-wreck of a company a very, very wide berth.
