Review content:
Donelson AC serviced out central air unit in March of 2006. The technician told us that we had a bad compressor, and would need to replace it at a cost of $1,500. Later that night a Donelson sales rep called and told us that we should buy an entirely new system! Two sales reps then came to our house, where they spent several hours trying to sell us a new $6000 unit.
We called another company for a second opinion, and learned that our AC unit was in great shape, and didnt need ANY repair or replacement. If you are going to use Donelson, expect a sales call, and always get a second opinion!
Pros: Work on Holidays
Cons: Wrong diagnosis, Pushy salespeople, Bad Business!
