Review content:
I have visited numerous day spas over the years. This particular spa reminds me of my grandmother's ""beauty parlor"" and has been cut and remodeled in a maze of corridors. It is cluttered and loud. The smell of hair chemicals is everywhere.
The facial was ok, I have had better. When I called to schedule I asked for a microderm facial and when I checked in, I mentioned it was a microderm facial. When the esthetician came to get me from the lobby, I said it was a microderm. Do you think I got a microderm facial? Nope.
I also had a spa manicure. Once again, I wasn't impressed. I don't consider some cheap exfoliating rub as spa manicure but whatever. She put the polish on at 2pm and by 7pm it already had a chip. I have been getting the same brand and color polish for years. I have never had a manicure chip so fast.
I may have caught them on an off day but I don't forsee myself going back anytime soon.
