I have never been so insulted in my life. They completely took advantage of me and ripped me off, once they found out I was not renewing. They could not have been nicer when they were trying to get me to renew. They do not care about anyone and are total money hungry scums. WARNING: IF YOU WANT TO MOVE OUT, GIVE THEM A WRITTEN NOTICE AT LEAST 60 DAYS BEFORE YOUR LEASE ENDS. ANY LATER THAN THAT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM ONE MONTH'S RENT AS A ""LATE NOTICE FEE."" Please, do not repeat my mistake. Even though 2 of their employees told me it was okay to give notice 30 days before, the management said they don't care because it's in the lease. I had my brother-in-law (an attorney) read it and he said even though it's bullsh!t it would hold up. They have ZERO compassion for you once you sign. And even less (if that's possible) once you terminate. They offer no incentive for renewing (that's not true, there was 4 car wash coupons available, which is more of an insult then an incentive) and will raise your rent everytime you are up for renewal. Two things I wanted: gym or workout center, washer/dryer. Both were promised to me (""oh yeah, you get a free membership to the health club""... true, but only for 3 months and after that it's about $80/mo) Then they said I could rent a w/d for $25/mo. Great! Oh, wait, you can rent the hook ups for $25/mo and the washer/dryer for $35. Oh wait, turns out my apartment didn't HAVE w/d hookups. ""Oh, maintenance will install them""... ""oh, we don't do that any more."" Thanks for getting me to sign the lease and then dicking me around forever and not following through! The WORST rental experience I've ever had. I paid $600 in deposits, had zero damage to the apartment, and still ended up owing them another $258 for giving them my move out notice 30 days before my lease ended, which is when their employees told me to have it in by!!! Horrible scammers. Nicely done though. They got me to fall for it. Pros: large closets Cons: old, plain, horrible management, very misleading marketing... SHADY
