Review content:
I have been a loyal customer of the Sogo chain in Concord for almost 10 years. There is a VAST and MAJOR negative difference in the level of customer service when comparing today with even 5 years ago. I ate at their Sogo Express IV location (on Poplar Tent Rd by Harris Teeter) tonight and the customer service was terrible. The cashier (Juan) totally insulted me and was too busy texting on his cell phone to properly address the customers. This is pretty much the last straw for me ... I am probably done with Sogo now. There are just too many other Asian restaurants out there that I can choose that greet me with a smile and appreciate my hard-earned dollars being spent there.
