I'm not an auto mechanic nor will I ever claim to be. When I want auto parts it's for something I can fix without getting grease on my hands. It's almost like Kragen gets me and my limited abilities. Perhaps it's because I always look like a lost boy when I step in, someone is always asking if I need assistance and I jump at the chance!
They almost always have what I need and if they don't they order it with a promise to call when the part is in. You know what? THEY DO! They prices are on point too. They're almost always having a sale and when they do it's for the products I need.
I don't see myself shopping anywhere else for auto parts.
