I just got a job transfer to move to California. Im super excited, but I will also miss the great customer service I""ve experienced at MacArthur Ridge. There are only a few companies that I know of in which I can say this, but MacArthur Ridge is definately on the top of my list for exceptional quality customer service. The office staff is so friendly, and they explain everything very clearly! I was never confused or left in the dark. They even went out of their way to offer renewal ""thank you"" gifts - which they didnt even have to mention, because a year ago, I was going to renew anyway :) Maintenance is always fixing my problems the same day I call them in as well. Even though I've only had a few problems, they fix them the same day!! I really hope I can find an apartment complex in Cali with the same friendly people :)
