Amazing! Customer service is unparalelled I was greeted by an extremely friendly and enthusiastic cashier who said, "Hello welcome to OfficeMax" I was suprised to find out that windows 8 had been released a few days prior which I had no idea about. I started using a demo laptop to test out how it felt, but I had no clue how to navigate the windows 8 OS. After about 1 minute I was getting frustrated trying to figure it out when the an employee walked up, he happilyintroduced himself as Scotty. I explained my immediate frustration. Scotty then spent 30-40 minutes giving me a personal demonstration of every aspect of windows 8. Scotty was the best retail salesperson I have ever met. He was honest. Knowledgeable, and happily willing to spend nearly an hour of his day to teach me windows 8, I asked him how much I owed him for the 1on1 demonstration class. He smiled and said no charge at all. I was not going to buy any computer at all that day, I was merely getting pricing information. I wish more companies would hire employees like him. As I left the store I told him I would be back and ask for him and told him how appreciative I was of his customer service and he responded simply with "it was my pleasure." All the officemax employees are amazing, this is the best retail store I have ever been in, and I will be returning many many times. Awesom!
