Review content:
This property manager doesn't know the first thing about managing anything, except swindling you out of money. Trusted him to get my condo ready to be rented out and to manage it while we had a renter. He was supposed to have the condo freshly painted (my 6 yr old could have done a better job) and find a renter. He never obtained a county renters license for our unit. The renter he finds us, paid rent a few month then doesn't pay and skips out on us. He charged us $300 for evictions proceedings but I doubt he did anything with the courts to get the deadbeat renter out. She finally left on her own. Thank God!!! I had a bad vibe from the get go about Mr.Henery. He just didn't seem on the up and up- when someone is meeting you in shopping center parking lots to hand over contracts and do rental transactions ,that should have been a red flag! Even though we had given him our new address he kept sending the rent checks ,we actually did get from the tenant. to our old address. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!! He scammed us out of a lot of money for doing an awful job. Words can't describe how ticked I am about someone treating my investment property so unprofessionally and hap hazardly. I really wanted to give no stars, but that wasn't an option!
