I listed all these cons because i'm not sure which one is really the issue. either they're incompetent and don't know what they're doing and tell me i need things i don't or, they're purposely telling me i need unnecessary work done, and they must charge about $600/hr for labor at the estimates they gave me. Their estimate of $750 and a new part, turned into 2 new wires and 10 minutes of work when i called a respectable contractor. Trust me, stay away from Neffsville heating/plumbing. I've used them several times and learned my lesson! You don't have to find out the hard way!
Pros: They've done SOME good work
Cons: overcharge, dishonest, not thorough, incompetent
