The backup in place in my company is done with tapes that I have had for many years. My machine was eating the tape destroying it and was having a major malfunction. I brought the machine with the tape stuck in it to Secure Data Recovery Services to hopefully fix and do a tape data recovery. They located 97% of my information. In a minimal amount of time they repaired the tape, machine and also advised me on better systems that aren't outrageously priced. I am a small business owner and they understand the importance of business and cash flow. Their expert technicians and specialty tools did an amazing job. I wanted to thank you again for a job well done and thank you for the recommendations for a higher quality backup system which I will be investing in shortly.
