Review content:
I was installing an update for QuickTime and halfway through, something went wrong, and I'm not sure what since i wasn't watching it while it was working. The computer was off when I came back. Well, the computer wouldn't even boot anymore, so I went ahead and reinstalled everything from the recovery disks. To my horror, everything I saved on my computer since I bought it was gone - not a single file. Well, I knew that there might still be a chance that some of my old data could be recovered, so I took it to Secure Data Recovery Services for them to look at. Obviously, with the reinstallation of Windows, some of it was gone, but with some jiggery pokery, they were able to pull the virtual rabbit out of the virtual hat and recover at least some of what I thought was lost. It was good to work with Secure Data Recovery Services. They let me look at what they found and let me choose what I wanted to recover and what I didn't care about. The evaluation was free and I only had to pay them if I wanted something recovered - they didn't charge me till the end. They were very patient even as I panicked and took my time choosing. Thank you, Secure Data Recovery Services!
