Review content:
No one likes getting their car serviced, however at Scott Clark it's like seeing old friends. I travel a lot so I have had the pleasure of getting to know Pete Acree very well. Not only is he always friendly and gracious but he's truly interested in how you (the person) and your automobile is doing. He takes a personal interest in his clients and wants to ensure they are happy. Pete and I started our relationship back in 2009 and it has been great. He knows me on site and verifies what service is needed and wants to know if there is anything else they should look into while it's in service. He lets me know how long it should take and always explains my options prior to doing any unscheduled work. He is the reason we decided to purchase our new Totoyta from Scott Clark. I know they have great sales people at Scott Clark, as well as Financing, etc but service is truly where it will make or break a business-Scott Clark has some great people working for him. Thank you for caring enough to let them focus on the customer and not just the bottom line.
