We recently purchased over $10,000 of furniture from this company. After shopping around the Dallas area, we chose Freeds because of their local manufacturing, quick delivery, and value for the money. We ended up furnishing 3 bedrooms and bought a dozen pieces. Our sales person was very nice and he was quick to respond to us when we had questions.
Pros: Great furniture, quality, and quick delivery!
Cons: HORRIBLE customer service and issue resolution!
