Our backup tape got stuck in the drive and we only made the situation worse trying to get it out and ripped it and crinkled it more. We asked Secure Data Recovery Services to come over and see what they could do. They arrived and did what they call a Tape Data Recovery. They fixed the tape, the drive that was dirty and suggested a better system for us which we are going to buy. Their services are inexpensive for the quality that they provide and undeniable superb! I thank you for all that you did for us on such short notice.
