Review content:
Took half the day off work to be there from 1-3pm, when C.J. electrician was supposed to fix our front door intercom and buzzer. He showed up at 4:30pm-no phone call. Fees seemed super-high and when I initially balked at the price, he immediately reduced it by about 40%. Why not charge the fair price in the first place? Paid with a check, but then they also charged my credit card, and it took over 3 months to get the $400 credited back, with tons of phone calls and major run-around. After all that, the intercom still doesn't work. The repairman returned to look at it and insisted it had worked when he first fixed it. (Wrong-he said he fixed it, but it had never worked. He had just fixed the buzzer.) Never repaired it-still doesn't work. Pros: ? Cons: late, way overpriced, didn't fix the problem, double-charged
