I am a busy person and when it comes down to it I am pretty bad with backing up my data, so when my hard drive crashed I was a little devastated. While doing my research I found this company online and brought in my damaged drive for the free diagnostics. They were open on Saturday and I took full advantage of it. Around Tuesday I received a call back with an estimate and the cost associated with the recovery process. I mulled it over and gave them the OK to continue. It took about 7-8 days to finish everything up. They emailed me a list of recovered files, folders, and extensions for me to verify. Everything seemed good. I came into the office to drop off my own external drive for them to transfer the recovered data onto, and while there I checked out the recovered data with my own two eyes, It was exactly like it was prior to the crash. All of my files work, the file structure is the same, I got all of my data back, and I am satisfied with the outcome and overall job performed by Data Recovery Services. I would gladly recommend this company to others and would use them again should an unfortunate failure occur once again.
