Secure Data Recovery got me out of a tight spot when they recovered media files from my damaged external hard drive. The files on the disk were critical. I work for a production company and if we didn't get the footage back, not only would we have to re-shoot, but some of the work may not come out the same. I dropped off my hard drive with Secure Data Recovery for diagnostics. They called me back to go over the results. They said the likelihood of recovery is good, and more then likely they can restore the data. For me it was important that the data I get back is in working condition. The files stored on the damaged drive were Final Cut Pro files, and from what I heard those could become an issue. After discussing it further I gave them the green light to continue with the recovery. The service I received was good. I didn't have any issues getting thru to receive updates. I was periodically sent email with status. I received a phone call to verify the recovered information. On the recovery structure everything looked good, but I needed to see for myself if the data was actually working. My schedule is complicated, at times I am no where near on Mon-Fri basis due to shoots, so Secure Data Recovery was convenient enough to open up their office on a Saturday for me to verify the recovered files. I spent over an hour verifying critical files to insure on my end we got what we paid for. All my questions, all my issues, and all my doubts were addresses and erased after I found out for myself everything is intact. I was able to pick up my data there and then. I had an outstanding experience with Secure Data Recovery. They worked around my schedule and addressed everyone of my concerns.
