We simply LOVE our new pool! We have a very nice vacation spot right out the back door and it was all worth it- every penny. Shop around, but the best price and best products are at Blue Diamond.
We did a lot of research and visited a lot of showrooms of pool builders in the area and the finished pools the others were able to show us just didn’t compare with Blue Diamond’s finished pool pictures. We also visited several backyards with recent installs and were very impressed with each one of them. We did end up going over budget a little- because we wanted upgrades along the way. They are very understanding and open to changes. We were also given several options- price wise and material wise when it came to that. All the sub-contractors that were used did excellent work as well. Every staff member at Blue-Diamond was very accommodating and patient with us and we are very particular when it comes to craftsmanship and the finished look. Customer service is great and once you are assigned the team that puts in your pool, the Crew Supervisor (ours was Bill) allows you to call him any day any time and is always available for questions. Once your pool is finished, you are given orientation to explain how everything works and then another 2 years of help with questions, complete service, and free chemicals (if you sign up for the free service plan). This is a great way to keep concerns under control and know your pool is very well taken care of.
The bottom line is that we have a beautiful pool that was priced most competitively and we are confident in the products used. We will enjoy this decision for a long time to come.
