I am an older woman with no family around and many cats, my husband of 52 years died last month and it is very hard for me to get everything done on my own, This gentleman came to my home and cleaned all my carpets and several rugs, also cleaned my tile and grout in my kitchen and bathrooms. He then let me know about the laws pertaining to air ducts and how often they should be cleaned; and then made the time to get them done as well.
When I mentioned the sale our beautiful R.V motorhome coming up (we traveled with our children; the cats for many years), that same gentleman came back three days later and cleaned it from front to back and top to bottom, and fixed the upulstry on the chair for me to get it sold faster. I didn't feel taken advantage of. I did and still do feel as though he did a wonderful job on my home and R.V. He was friendly, polite, on time, early actually by about 10 minutes, and he seemed to genuinely care about me; the customer. That is very hard to find now with all the small business' closing. Big business' are just in a hurry to get the job done. No matter how well it's done. Thank you to this gentleman. I will tell the wonderful people of my church about you and how you made an old lady very happy to have a friend for a day and a very clean house for quite some time! "The cat lady"
