Review content:
I went to Schweitzer's this past Saturday (11/14) to bring in my lawnmower for general clean-up and maintenance for the off-season (change oil/filter, etc). The woman at the service counter was RUDE! She said they don't work on lawnmowers after 11/1 because it was snowblower season. I said I thought it was odd because it is the season for winterizing lawnmovers and she said all people really do for winterizing is run the gas out. I said to her, what about doing the oil / filter change. She told me most people leave the oil in the machine until the Spring and then change it. WHAT?!??! Can you say ACID build-up and corrosion or the engine?? She told me I could leave my machine there and they would store it and work on it once winter was over. Yeah, I DON'T THINK SO. I took my machine and left. The woman had no idea what she was talking about, talked back to me in a very cocky know-it-all manner, and overall unpleasant. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! In fact, I will tell everyone I know how bad of a place it is.
Cons: Rude service
