Today an employee refused to take my husbands money. My husband gave me his credit card so I could go to the craft store and he forgot that he gave our son all his cash for lunch. So all he had on him was a handful of QUARTERS (no small change) and a One. The man told my husband that they ONLY took rolled change (my husband had less than ten$ in quarters it was ALL he could dig out of the center console). My husband had to drive to the other side of Marysville to find a gas statio. SOMETIMES the quarters in the center console are all a person has. I've had to do the same when forgetting my purse at home!!! Is a quarter now considered trash? If a person NEEDS gas is that not your function to provide it if a person has money? I'd understand if he brought in a canister of pennies but my husband, a WELL respected member of the community AND member of the local 530 MMA was treated like trash, was told his money wasnt any good. POOR, no, AWFUL customer service!!!!!!!
