Review content:
Recently we had our whole house flooring replaced by carpet yard. We placed the order for a new carpet for the basement and a different one for our bedrooms. The salesman wrote down the name of the 2 carpets for us, however he forgot to do the same in the contract which we signed in the evening. ok partly our fault for not checking the contract while signing!! called them next day early morning and the salesman said the carpet has already being cut so now we end up with the same type of carpet in the basement and bedrooms.
Next we replace our old carpet in the living cum dining area with hardwood. 3 persons come at 8am. by 9am two of them leave for a pending job elsewhere. This one guy is only half way by 7pm. They complete the next day. we notice cracks, gaps and chipping on our wood. We got them to replace about 30 pieces of wood. Now all the pounding and hammering has made our subfoor creak a lot! They did what best they could do. Well they got their money but we have a house that creaks as we walk and horrible installation.
